If you hate to exercise the last thing you want to do are exercises that are 1) boring and 2) don't really do much for you.  That's why we're asking some of the top trainers and coaches to share their absolute favorite move ever (or the one they're just really digging right now).

Jessica Smith is a certified trainer and creator of the "Walk On: Strength and Balance" DVD. Here's her favorite move:

Lunging Side Skater

Why She Loves It: "I love this move for its awesome inner thigh and hip/glutes shaping power! Plus it's got a cardio component that helps you burn more calories (aka fat!) while you sculpt."

How to Do It:

A: Start standing with feet together, hands clasped behind head. Take a wide step to the left, lowering into a side lunge by bending left knee and sitting back into hips, keeping left knee over - but not past - toes, extending right leg straight out to the side, lifting right leg a few feet off the ground. Keep neck relaxed by drawing chin slightly down into chest with elbows open wide to sides (avoid pulling on head).

B: Quickly lower right leg and leap to the right, landing on right leg to reverse move -- lower into a right side lunge, bending right knee and sitting back into hips, extending left leg straight out to the side, lifting left leg a few feet off the ground. That's one rep. Repeat as quickly as possible for 20 repetitions.
